Description

Carboxytherapy refers to the injection of carbon dioxide (CO₂) gas beneath the skin.
In this process, the oxygen bound to hemoglobin in the tissue is released, and CO₂ binds to the hemoglobin instead.
Inside red blood cells, there is an enzyme called carbonic anhydrase, which combines CO₂ with water to produce carbonic acid.
This carbonic acid is unstable and dissociates into hydrogen ions and bicarbonate ions.
The bicarbonate ions are expelled through exhalation, while the hydrogen ions bind to hemoglobin to prevent the blood from becoming acidic and to maintain a stable pH level.

Advantages:

  1. 25 pre-programmed indications

  2. Adjustable injection volume and pressure for various treatment indications
