Human blood is primarily composed of red blood cells (RBCs), white blood cells (WBCs), and plasma. Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is a fraction of plasma that contains two to three times more platelets than normal. This platelet-enriched plasma is rich in bioactive substances such as:
